Nothing. I just wanted to let them know that their commercials are a flop in my opinion. Im tired of the fake everything.

Luckily, I found the old crest toothpaste after accidentally buying some new mixture that was terrible. Only to find out you changed the tube so it couldnt be rolled up anymore.

Why would you do that?

To save a penny? Change it back, please!

I purchased 3D white strips from Walmart, and I tried to use them, but when I put them on my teeth, they don't stick to my teeth at all. I have tried several different packages in the box, and it is the same thing.

I am unable to use them due to that, and my teeth are not getting white like it says on the box. I tried to call Walmart, and they said that I had to contact Crest about this situation because, being the box is opened, they will not return the product. I tried to call Crest at the number provided on the website, but you are closed on the weekends, so I was unable to contact someone in regards to this situation. I would like a refund for the white strips.

I would like to resolve this situation soon. Thank you.

The person I spoke to had an accent.It was very hard to understand. He did not have any patience listening to me.So I could ask the proper question.

When I asked the question, I don't believe he had proper knowledge of all the products.

It was a total waste of my time. Next time I will just research online only.

I ordered these two types of toothpaste and they both came defective, opened, and unsealed. I'm asking for my full refund on both.

I'd hate to have to leave a negative review.

Bring the mint strip back on crest peroxide baking soda whiting with mint. Please bring it back. I have used Scope toothpaste to get my teeth better.

I opened a new tube of Crest 3D and pressed on the tube, but mostly air came out. The tube is almost half empty.

I cannot afford a half empty tube of Crest. The code on the box is: 307721****.

I don't know why you had to change the crest baking soda & peroxide toothpaste. We haven't found anything we like as well.

We've used the same toothpaste for so many years. We're very disappointed.

I think that the company didn't take into account that consumers would check the amount of product they were getting in the tube's. For myself and NY family, I can tell you that it is a lot less than statedmuly

The company is not helping. I just went through listing all my concerns and grievances and was shuttled off to another company that had nothing to do with toothpaste. Boycott

Bought my usual brand Crest Baking Soda & Peroxuse, no longer green mint stripe. Doesn't leave your mouth feeling minty fresh like before.

Now like soup, not paste. Just oozes out at a fast rate so you lose a lot of product. So so disappointed they ruined a good product thative used since it first came on market. Tried a few other Crest.

Wasted money. Off to another brand after 65+ years of Crest.

I have been a Crest user my entire life , now I'm looking for a new brand. I've used their baking soda peroxide paste for years.

And now my teeth aren't as clean, the paste is different and just not good.

And on a side note, the tube is terrible, you can't roll it up anymore. Totally dissatisfied!!!

I have used Crest all my life and buy it now at Costco. Your tubes stink and are so THIN AND PRODUCT LESS AND HARD TO GET OUT BECAUSE TUBES ARE SOOOOO BAD, THINK AND NON FLEXIBLE.

I will change my brand after I finish the Crest I bought at Costco.

I never had this problem or thoughts. You made a mistake changing the tube.

Crest white strips DONT whiten!!! I used entire box for my upper teeth only because I wanted to see a difference and there was absolutely NO difference in color change at all.

I will not buy this product again. I thought it would have improved over the years but has not!
